New Study Finds Houston Drivers Among Most Distracted in The Nation!

The study was conducted by the Houston Forensic Science Center and found Houston drivers among the most distracted and impaired in the nation due to the high use of this drug. The drug apparently alters the user’s brain, causing severe distractions.
